Monthly generation

On the 1st day of the month, users will automatically gain access to new opportunities. Once a month, the platform analyses the last 30 days of performance data from your Search project and generates a fresh set of recommendations for each active workspace.
  • Generation is scoped to each unique combination of brand × category × country. A workspace tracking three brands across two countries will produce separate, independent recommendation sets for each combination.
  • Recommendations are always additive - new ones are appended to your list, existing ones are never modified or overwritten.
  • If a new project is created mid-month, it will be picked up in the next monthly cycle - not immediately. This ensures there is enough data to generate meaningful recommendations.

What the engine analyses

The recommendation engine looks for gaps: places where a brand is underperforming compared to competitors, or where there are structural barriers preventing AI models from citing the brand correctly. For each gap it finds, it checks whether the conditions for a specific recommendation are met. If they are, the recommendation is added to the list. The conditions vary by channel - each one is described in the channel pages of this documentation.

What “Generated on” means

The date shown on each opportunity is the date the platform generated it - not the date of the underlying data or the date you activated your project. It reflects when that recommendation appeared in your workspace.
