This guide is for IT administrators responsible for firewall rules, network filtering and email security policies. Complete the configuration below before onboarding new users to Share Of Model.

Domains to whitelist

The following domains must be reachable from your corporate network over HTTPS. Make sure they are not blocked by your firewall, proxy or web content filter.

Email senders to whitelist

The platform sends transactional emails from the addresses below. Add them to your allowlist or safe senders list to prevent delivery issues.

Email template for your IT team

Use the template below to submit a request to your IT department. Copy, fill in the bracketed fields, and send.
Subject: Whitelist Request — Share Of Model platform (domains & email senders)

Hi [IT Team / Helpdesk],

We are onboarding our team onto Share Of Model, a GEO (Generative Engine
Optimization) analytics platform. For the platform to work correctly and
for users to receive all necessary emails, please whitelist the following.

Domains to allow (outbound HTTPS):
- api.shareofmodel.ai
- console.shareofmodel.ai
- api.shareofsearch.jplus.io

Email senders to add to the allowlist:
- noreply@shareofmodel.ai      (account welcome emails)
- support@shareofmodel.ai      (OTP authentication & password reset)
- notifications@shareofmodel.ai

We are planning to add new users to the platform on [DATE]. Could you please
confirm once the configuration is in place?
