Briefs are generated automatically

When you add an opportunity to your plan, brief generation is triggered automatically for each of its tasks. A detailed production brief is ready in under a minute, turning the recommendation into an executable deliverable. An opportunity has one or more briefs. While they are being produced, the opportunity sits in the Generating state (see Tracking in Kanban); once ready, you can open and work on each brief.

Opening a brief

From an opportunity in your plan, each brief is shown as a card with an Open action. Opening a brief takes you to its Brief details page, where the full brief content is displayed alongside an AI assistant.

Editing with AI (soon)

On the Brief details page, a conversational assistant is automatically scoped to the current brief — it knows the brief’s brand, category, channel, country, and its full content. You can use it to:
  • Recap the brief — ask the assistant to summarise or explain any of its sections.
  • Update the content — give free-form instructions (for example, “remove X from the Content Angle” or “rework the script structure”). Edits can be applied to the whole brief or to a specific section, and are reflected directly in the Brief details panel.
  • Iterate over multiple turns — keep refining in the same conversation; each instruction builds on the previous result.

Editing manually

You can also work on the brief without the assistant, straight from the Brief details toolbar:
  • Edit manually — adjust the brief content yourself.
  • Copy to clipboard — copy the brief to paste it wherever you need it.
  • Download — export the brief to use it outside the platform.

Versioning

Every applied change — whether made by the assistant or manually — is saved as a brief iteration and recorded in the Activity log, so you can always see how a brief evolved.
