The Creator Brief agent helps you write a partnership brief for one YouTube creator. The brief invites the creator to make a video on a specific topic and gives them practical guidelines to make that video more likely to be cited by AI engines, without taking away their own voice. You chat with the agent, it drafts the brief, you refine it, then you save it and download it as a PDF to share with the creator.

How it works

  1. The agent already knows the creator. It loads their profile automatically: description, location, audience, frequent topics and partnership options.
  2. It uses your video analyses when they exist. If you’ve already analysed some of the creator’s videos, the agent uses those analyses to tailor the brief to their channel. See Video Content Analysis.
  3. You add the brand context. The agent asks only for the information it’s missing.
  4. You choose the topic together. The agent suggests two or three topics that match both the creator and your brand.
  5. It writes the brief. You edit it in the chat or directly in the editor, then save it.

Create a brief

  1. Open Integrations › YouTube Creator Partnerships.
  2. Start a brief:
    • in the Partnership Briefs tab, click Create a brief on a creator’s row, or
    • from an analysed video, click Create a brief in the analysis panel.
  3. The agent opens and tells you what it already knows about the creator, including how many of their videos have been analysed.
  4. Give the brand context. The agent asks for anything that’s missing: The brief can’t be generated until Brand, Country and Category are filled in.
  5. Pick a topic. The agent suggests two or three topics where the creator’s usual subjects overlap with your brand. Pick one or change it.
  6. Review the draft. The brief appears in the chat.
  7. Refine it. Ask for changes in the chat (“make the tone warmer”, “focus on the marathon range”, “add this quote”) or edit the text directly. The structure and rules of the brief stay the same when you edit.
  8. Save. Click Save. The brief appears in the Partnership Briefs tab. Unsaved briefs are not kept.
Tip: The more source material you give (verified facts, quotes, links), the more useful the brief is for the creator. The agent never makes up facts. It uses only what you provide and what Share of Model already knows about the creator.

What’s in the brief

Every brief follows the same structure and is about 2 to 3 pages long.

What the brief never includes

The brief is written for the creator, so it leaves out:
  • Internal Share of Model metrics such as the Influence Score, tier or numeric scores
  • Fees, compensation or approval workflows
  • Mandatory brand mentions, scripted claims or requests for superlatives
  • Any promise that the video will be cited by AI engines

Manage your briefs in the Partnership Briefs tab

The Partnership Briefs tab lists your shortlisted creators and the status of their briefs.
  • Shortlist a creator from the Leaderboard or Video Content Analysis to add them to this tab.
  • Status at a glance: an orange ring around the creator’s avatar means there’s no brief yet. A green ring means a brief is available.
  • One row per creator. A creator’s first brief appears on their row. Any later briefs are added to the same row.
  • Open a brief from the table, or from the link in the chat, to view it on the Brief details page. From there, you can keep editing it manually or with the agent.
  • Download as PDF from Brief details to share the brief with the creator by email.
Briefs are named automatically: Creator – Brand – Category – Date and time.
Good to know: Share of Model doesn’t send anything to creators. You decide when and how to share the brief.

FAQ

Do I need to analyse a video first? No. Without an analysis, the brief uses the creator’s profile and your brand context, and section 5 is left out. Analysing one or more of the creator’s videos makes the brief specific to their channel. What if several of the creator’s videos have been analysed? The agent combines them and puts first the practices and gaps that come up across several videos. Can I write the brief in another language? Not yet. Briefs and conversations with the agent are in English only. Can I create more than one brief for the same creator? Yes. Each saved brief is added to the creator’s row in the Partnership Briefs tab. Can the brief guarantee that the video is cited by AI engines? No. The brief shares proven practices that make citation more likely, but no one can guarantee citation.
